A white box is a commercial space delivered as a clean, code-ready blank canvas — finished enough for a tenant to move in and add their own brand and finishes, but without the custom fit-out. It's the fastest way for a landlord to make a space leasable, and for a tenant to start their build-out on solid footing. It sits between a bare shell and a full custom interior — and it's what we do best.
